Citroen Relay 1.9D year 2000 help!

Hey guys im looking for a number of things here if you can help ?

Looking for the gearbox filler plug? cannot seem to see it anywhere

My cv Joint has gone twice this year, any ideas why?

My engine is screaming at 60mph, is this normal? i look after it very well and no problems i can see straight away.

Looking for the gearbox filler plug? cannot seem to see it anywhere

the best place to full the gear box is throught the breather on top of the box, and on a Cit/Pug car just below the edge of the battery tray,

it is usually black plastic with a small white plastic plug in the top, this white plastic plug i pull out before putting a 7mm socket on the screwed in black plug,

is it the CV gaitor/rubber boot, or the actual constant velocity joint failing,

The actually rubber boot keeps splitting and i keep getting knocking sounds from that wheel, untill i replace the boot then the knocking goes away.

The clutch has been altered all the way and i have to depress my clutch all the way otherwise it wont change gear,

And i am located in Merseyside Formby

so what type of boot are you fitting, stretchy, tailor fit or maybe a glue together type,

is there any sharp bits very close the the gator, like drop link or swivel joint fixing bolts or the likes,

the gator was a stretchy,

The clutch has an adjuster on the arm where it meats the gearbox, it has been adjusted fully so assume the last owner has done this, and the clutch cable has stretched?

or maybe as the adjustment is at the end of its travel the clutch is at the end of its life????
