Renault Laguna 2 wipers, washers, cruise wont work whats up?

Hi guys my wipers, washers, headlight washers, cruise have all stopped working at same time, what is matter?
tearing my hair out !!
CITROEN C5 2.0 HDI VTR 04 REG
CITROEN C5 2.0 16V EXCLUSIVE 53 REG
CITROEN C5 2.0 HDI EXCLUSIVE 52 REG
CITROEN C5 2.2 HDI EXCLUSIVE AUTOMATIC 54 REG FACELIFT MODEL
CITROEN C5 1.6 HDI VTR 05 REG FACELIFT MODEL

Well it's a French car and all these are electric but seriously without reading the codes and checking fuses could be a long list. Use a CanClip most other diagnostic interfaces aren't compatible.
