As the title. I took a policy out with this lot and their practices are to say the least questionable. Google Be Wiser complaints. There's lots of reading there for you.
I will be steering well clear of them in future.
It goes like this,
1, Buy a policy but stipulate zero NCD.
2, They send the policy with 9 years NCD!
3, You complain.
4, They tell you the policy will be £XYZ more expensive because the original policy was for 9 years NCD.
5, You can cancel but it will cost.
Double Wammy.
Not nice.

I have complained. Waiting for a reply. But it's not just me, they are doing it all the time. Loads of peeps been caught. I cancelled as it was for a second car which I sold.
