I think, on mine taffy/. if I select lexia at that point, it take a little while to open the lexia software
also, you may need to be plugged into car before selecting lexia.. to be honest I haven't tried it without being plugged in,
also, just before you select lexia, unplug tool and wait 5 seconds and plug back in.. that seems vital to get into the lexia software in a useful way..

others will know more, I am newbie
