Also you should not lever against the disc when moving the pistons back as it can damage the disc, there are special tools for doing that job.
Lastly it is a good plan to slacken the bleed nipple when movin the piston back, so that the dirty caliper fluid is not forced back into the system, or the brake cylinder rubbers are not inverted.
If you are going to give demonstrations on a forum regarding brakes, at least make it safe.
