Not Citroen related so moving.
This air enters into the resident echo chamber where the tuning fork is located. This keep the frequency constant.

As the water is brought into the echo chamber, the water is violently torn apart by cavitation and frequency as well as a static charge.

I think Jim is right, I left Bristol this afternoon with enough fuel for 95 miles according to the read out, after 80 miles at 50-60 mph, when I got home it was showing enough for about 150 miles. 8-)

Would Farting in the tank work then....methane is better than Hydrogen and cheaper than that snake oil :)
