Hello
I am about to emigrate back to England and have a couple of questions for you guys regarding a Citroen C5 2010ish year. i have seen some 2.2lt diesel manual estates for sale at what look like reasonable prices.
I want to know if these models are good for vegy oil and do they require any conversion? also is there any thing to look out for or even if i should avoid the C5 all together. I was never into French cars, more German and Italian, but after having a Xantia for a year I'm becoming a bit of a fan.

I don't know much about the later C5s, but what I do no is that NO, don't ever put veg in them. Just about every modern HDi/TDi (generically known as common-rail) diesel engine is unsuitable. You COULD have one suitably modified if you really wanted, at great cost.. but it would be a great cost.

As Mike said, good quality bio but definitely no veg.
