is it possible to connect my jack-out to my cd-box cable?

if there is music going from the cd-box to the rt3 it should be possible to connect my MP3 player?

Yes it can be done BUT you need a cable that connects to the RT3 and that has to be configured by Lexia, now the difficult bit, from what I understand, that would mean that you couldn't continue using the multichanger. Have a read of this
