Occasionally I've seen that message when I've asked PP for something about a fault code, although I've yet to discover what / where is being prepared for me.

I thought it may be printer only but (I may setup a print to file dummy to test) I think not, where is it saving it ? I sort of suspect the clones do not save as they do not have this information but I could be wrong, looking at the raw data present there are a fair few diagrams.
