gearbox BE4/5

I want to remove the screw( input shaft nut) that is shown in the picture with number 20 but I can not remove it because the gearbox shot namely it does not stopped and I can not loosen it. I have peugeot 206 1.9d 1999 the gearbox BE 4/5.can you help me?thanks
