The best thing about the Exclusive electric leather seats is they adjust in every which way possible
Nope. They don't have the split back like VELS. For all round comfort Vel Seats are ace for large frames and stiff backs. I start with seats and engine..........to hell with the rest. The seating position in Xantia is low down and no legroom..........appalling actually.........and it will tell on you later on.

What bollox!! I'm 6' 2'' and the legroom is excellent. And after 15 years of Xantia's it still ain't telling.

Cracking driving position that suits me down to the ground.

Well Eddie.. i don't think it is complete bollocks.just partley. . I cannot drive a manually seated xantia.. the seat to pedal relationship is far far too flat and it virtually breaks my back .. leg room however is generous ...

Hey, we are all built differently. Some have longer backs/short legs, other short backs long legs so seating comfort is subjective. I found my Vel Satis seats gave me back ache but my 9-5 seats were perfect for me. The C5 is a compromise between the two and my MKII Laguna was a crippler for me.

I find the leather electric seats on my current S2 Xantia V6 exclusive pretty comfortable, (I'm not as big or tall as Lexi :-D ) but the backrest is not quite right in ways that I can't quite figure out, it seems to be a bit too far back at the top but if I tilt it up more vertical it digs in in the low back area, and its a shame you can't adjust the side lumbar support like you can on a S1 Xantia.

The fabric electric seats on my S1 Xantia VSX were spot on though - most comfortable seats of any car I've owned.

The manual seat Xantia's on the other hand, HORRIBLE. The seat is far too flat and doesn't support my legs at the front, and just doesn't have the adjustability to be even remotely comfortable for me... After driving for a couple of hours in one of those I feel crippled... :x

I find the C5 seats ok - I only have the bargain basement ones.
My son's Volvo seats were better, My daughter's SAAB cab was much, much better, almost on a par with Jim's Activa seats.

No the bollox went in fine, it was the feet that struggled. I ended up throwing the feet in first and jumping in after them.
I don't know how Xantia won Toe Car of the year with foot room like that

There is a big guy along the road drives a Fiesta. he swears it has tons of room for him. Looking at him in it, he looks like a giant student lying on the floor of a phone booth, having sex........with himself

As for The leather seats I've been in many different cars over The years and for The age of The car The seats are much more comfy then even some new cars! I've jus been asleep for 12 hr in mine as usual and workin another 12 now and sittin in them for another 12...I sit in my car pretty much atleast 17hr a day...I just can't fault them I'm never uncomfy...as for long legs id alway move steering wheel up before leavin car...it would help..only other seats I've liked were in a fiesta si...lovely seats
