Uneven suspension on low

Uneven suspension on low

Noticed today that the rear left wheel is pretty much inside the wheel arch where the others have some clearance still.
Rear left: (there is minor impact damage on this wheel arch, but that doesn't make up the difference)

And I'm guessing on low the rear is generally lower than the front?

Is this something to be worried about? I have sometimes felt like the left has been a bit lower than the right, but haven done any kind of measurement until now. Is it just something that needs adjusting or is it likely something needs replacing?

Can you be 100% certain that you're parked on dead level ground?

Who feels silly now :) put a spirit level on the boot and what do you know? Dead level. Worsened by parking in a completely different place and having the exact same thing. Maybe Sweden is naturally lopsided slightly :)
