Just at the front is it Taffy?

Likely you have disturbed something. Check the dogbone link is in place between the anti roll bar and the height corrector..

The last lot I used came from AEP Taffy. I don't recall them being all that cheap though..

Always worth seeing what your local Citroen dealer will knock them out for and then you know they're genuine then...

Citroen price for the bushes is £35.75 for the rear, and £13.50 (EACH) for the front ones ie over £60 the set per side :shock: Mind you a complete arm is £183.....

£27.40 for the P bush from AEP, can't look up the GSF price as their website is broken... Note that if the height is upset, then this may well have contributed to an early demise. The most likely cause of the height being wrong is levering up the antiroll bar to get the arm back in......

Around £100 less from AEP :lol: about £80 per arm including VAT:

http://www.aepdirect.com/suspension-arm ... ory_id=751" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Of course who knows how good the bushes are in the arms...they are Lemforder so probably ok, but can't be certain until trying them... There are other places doing whole arms as well. I was thinking of going the whole arm route on mine as the bushes are pretty shot on mine especially the left hand side but it didn't fail the MOT last time! (It also still drives pretty well although I do notice it in strong cross winds or on very rough surfaces)

Lemforder is the OE supplier - and the bits seem to last - although Addo has had bad experiences with some of it.

What you've done be levering up the roll bar is bend or break the link to the height corrector. You need to look for the link, just right of centre, going to the height corrector. if it's still intact, then you should be able to re-set the height by rotating the clamp on the roll bar (not much required!). Make sure there's enough room underneath for you before you start messing with it - the car can come down to the bumpstops really fast if you go too far, and that would really spoil your day! If it's broken then you will need to replace the plastic link or the roll bar clamp itself.

You MUST do it either up on ramps, or over a workshop pit. When I was correcting Gracies' front height at CitroJims' with her up on the ramps, I slightly overshot the adjustment, and ended up with the gearbox lightly touching my chest. I got it right in the end though. If you need to re-set the clamp position, you CANNOT do it with the car on stands (well, you can, but you will have no idea as to how high the front is set to!).
