Today drove 2 406 2.0 hdi 110 both gtx 2002, In mint condition,
Were total crap when compared to c5, felt poor quality to drive
Decent engines, but cars not good at all, lol..
Not suspension, the car itselfwaynedance wrote:Springs vs Hydractive........................ no contest.
I could agree the comments Peter for my 306....when I'm the C5, it's nice too but then I miss the taught/stiffer suspension, sharper steering ect ect, to me the 306 is more go-cart like.....I honestly dont know what the hell I would keep.Peter.N. wrote: I find that the 406 handles better than either of them, the steering is much more sharp and positive, the visibility is better and it feels somehow 'safer' to drive, the seats are also very comfortable, well the GLX electric ones anyway, and its quiet, mine has done 211,000 miles and still feels good.
In a nutshell, for space and ride comfort the C5 is best, for confident handling I prefer the 406. I like both of them.
