C5 II Aftermarket Wing Mirror with signal light

Is there an aftermarket Folding Wing Mirror with signal light for our C5 II (Year 2007)?

I would like to get hold of a set if there is such thing in the market.

Alternatively, did someone used aftermarket signal light module and stick to the original folding wing mirror instead?
