The dealer named above, has a good spread on Fleabay. Unfortunately they don't officially post to Australia. I called the spares counter up on the 'phone, and twisted their arm - within a couple of minutes, the auction in question was tweaked and I was able to buy and have the item posted directly at a fair price.
So - I describe them as flexible, friendly, competent from my experience. It's nice when these things go well.

Yes, I've ordered from them on ebay before, no problems. There are a few dealships on ebay with lots of new old stock which is fantastic. Sticking in the part number and tick include description often turns up some bargains. I'm usually paying less for genuine OE parts than pattern parts from a local place. Last one was a genuine OE timing belt for £9.
