Andy Spares carrier bag from 1999!

Post by red_dwarfers »

Bet this brings back some memories :-D

I've got about 6 of these in very decent condition...I haven't started collecting old carrier bags. They happened to contain some branded South West group jumpers and T shirts which were made back at the start of the century.

Certainly does. Still got an Andyspares binder around somewhere.

I recognise those South West stickers:......

Could you send us a photo of that CX?

I mentioned it earlier on to Bob the previous South West organiser and he reckons he'll recognise it.

No problem, should have one on my phone somewhere. It did use to frequent the usual meets with it's previous keeper.

They're antiques...

This very forum started life as the Andyspares Forum... You might say the FCF is a piece of living history... Dig deep enough and you'll still find all the posts made in those days...

I wouldn't advise you get into the collection of old carrier bags as a hobby Kev, most of them biodegrade these days ...

Indeed they are quite old looking museum pieces, erm, jumpers ....

Ouch! I'll put you down for 3 of each then? Invoice is in the post!

I don't think there's enough carrier bags Malcolm

I do like to go back and read the really old posts sometimes :)

Cheers Dom!

How about one of those giant ones the DIY mobs seem to use to deliver a load of gravel or sand to you? They'd do, loads of room in one of those!
