Been thinking about it today, could it be possible that i have air in my system?
Is there a bleeding sequence/method that i can follow?

Re: berlingo steering
Full lock in either direction held for about fifteen seconds is the usual method of bleeding PAS.

Re: berlingo steering
It turned out to be the lower part of the steering column. I gave it a good squirt with wd40 and it felt normal instantly.
This is not a long term fix. Apparently this part can dry out. Hope it helps someone else if they have the same problem

Re: berlingo steering
Perhaps spraying with white grease would be more effective, repeated twice annually?

Can you please take a pic to show us where you're spraying it?.. Mine's going a bit stiff. Or, sort of. I think. It just feels a little less compliant than usual.rainydays wrote:It turned out to be the lower part of the steering column. I gave it a good squirt with wd40 and it felt normal instantly.

Great stuff! Thanks. Inside or outside the car. This makes a difference as if inside, I'll do it today. If outside I'll have to get the ramps out and it's too cold for that..

Re: berlingo steering
pop your bonnet and look below the drivers side window wiper area, behind the engine. you can see where the lower part of the steering column as shown in image in previous post attaches to the steering rack. squirt all around this area. Try and aim upwards
