Another Quick Question :)

Hi Guys
After My recent problems with the heater my last problem is with the electric window on the o/s.I need to know what the cable and plastic bit are called and if possible throw me a link up for one.
Also are they hard to fit ?

All help appreciated

P.S I thought the wife had ordered me one off ebay,but she ordered herself some clothes instead :(.So name or link would be great :)
