And what a lovely time in France it was!
We popped over to Belgium for tea Saturday and again on Sunday for Rememberance.

Saturday at the Grand Mine we even bumped into someone who went to CXM

It's going to be two whole weeks until we go to France again

Do you mean 'In a G' as in 'In a jiffy'? Well if you insist Malcolm, not sure what work will think mind!

Here's what we have so far. The book end is half welded in and the large front section of the inner wing has it's basic shape, it just needs a few tweaks before it fits properly. Once it does fit, it's on to making up the floor section and finally welding that lot in. Working like I am at the moment it should be ready to weld over the weekend. I've decided not to go to the NEC so I shall have most of the weekend to do it.

thats better now stay focused :-D

how much overlap is there on at the new section up the inner wing,
as i would move the new section down so it is 3/8th's of an inch below the floor pan,
but firstly cut the jagged edge off the floor pan and weld an angled strip along it, then drill holes along the bottom edge of the new inner wing section so you can plug weld to the angled edge on the floor pan,

also it will be easier to weld the original inner wing outter to the new section if you cut the jagged edge of the inner wing away

keep up the good work hun
