citroen ax wiper relay buzzes sometimes

Hi,

My windscreen wipers sometimes pause for a split second. During this pause there is a buzzing sound for about half a second. It sounds exactly like those little buzzers you would put in your hand to give somebody a shock as a joke.

I can't quite remember if it happens on full or intermittent.

The sounds seems to be coming from my right.

I am thinking it could be the relay near the fuse box?

If it is, can anybody point me to the correct replacement that I can pick up online, or the specs of a generic one?

the wiper stalk can cause this as they get old, usually due to worn/burnt contacts inside
