Citroen ZX Avantage Headlight Beam Alignment ??

Hello everybody,
I just wanted to know if there is any possibility to align the headlight beam of my ZX by myself. Also which are the specific tasks to follow in order to do this.

Jeremy,
I followed your tips and now my ZX lights are perfect. I did it tonight and just to check I began to make some miles and I drived for an hour or so. Many many thanks.
