zx 1.9 d start problems

bad starting in the morning, new heater plugs, still the same should the hand primer get hard after two or three pumps, mine stays soft all the time, return pipes from injectors the small plastic ones, one is leaking slightly, fuel filter housing when i took the top of this the fuel was only approximatley 1 third up the pot is this correct.

Sounds like you need a new hand primer as the non return valve on yours is not working. As for 'pot level' that I dont know..

Sounds like you need a new primer bulb. Make sure you fit it correctly. It only works one way. When you removed the top of the filter housing, it should have been brim full.
