Kangoo / Megane Seats

Hi, I'm looking to replace the seats in my Kangoo van, good ones are way overpriced for my liking, so wonder if Megane (or another vehicle) front seats would fit without too much hassle. I'm not averse to making adjustments or adapting if needs be ....

Am interested in details should anyone have done this or something similar before .....
