Whom ever constructed that clearly put a lot of effort into it, no doubt there's a beer mat in an pub somewhere with this car design drawn on it :)

Someone needs to save it!

What an embarrassment

I saw an XM today in Stockton, dark green S2 with the 'wobby web' wheels and with the steering wheel on the wrong side. I think it had Dutch plates or something similar, but couldnt see a counrty badge on the plate.

Many years ago when I owned an R4 I was rammed from behind and pushed into the car in front. Mine ended up looking a bit like that but it still drove and was repaired as good as new...

Tough old birds and very wonderful little cars. I loved mine...

I've been spending this evening researching the dualling of the a30 down in this neck of the woods (just finished reading about Swampy and the tree houses over near Honiton) and came across this SM when the Hogarth flyover took my attention, genius bit of kit that (the flyover), looks like I could make a replica out of meccano :P

Talking of A30 flyovers, do you know about the flat one at Staines?
Legend has it the workmen turned up with all the parts to build the flyover, and then someone looked up and asked "What do we do about the pylons?"
So they made it flat, resulting in a pear shaped roundabout that the road goes through, and is prone to accidents.

Rumour has it there's a peugeot 504 in this picture

I probably shouldn't post pics like this but i thought it rude not to share it

By the way that notice translates to 'this idiot here'

For the record i only came across this picture as i was looking to compare the car in this video " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - i thought it was an old peugeot which had me a tad confused as it's clearly an American video, tbh i dunno what the car is, just looks like some typical bland euro box thing :?

This a bit of a different kind of spot:

I'm down at Dad's at the moment, in Somerset. Dad's bungalow is near a railway line.

A couple of hours ago I received a text from Kev (Red Dwarfers) asking if by any chance a certain dark blue Xantia he'd spotted from the window of a train he was travelling on happened to be mine.

Indeed, yes it was mine and he's spotted it from a 100mph train. I believe he was on a Xantia delivery run(n)

All I can say Kev is you have very keen eyes :)
