Cup holders are usless in Big Citroens, that is if they exist at all. The only place for cups in the Xantia S1 is in the door pockets, not ideal. I usually keep a bottle of water (best drink!) behind the drivers seat in the pocket. The C5s cupholders are worse than useless, as they dnt really hold the cup very well, shallow cups not too bad but put any kind of bottle in there and as soon as I brake the bottle falls over and hits the suspension button, putting the car into low if stopped

Best cupholders in any of our cars is the C1, they are very simple but very effective, ive not found anything they dont hold yet!

However, we're not really supposed to drink and drive are we ...

They have almost German cupholders that flip out of the dash. They are neat and effective and I had forgotten about them! No doubt the C5III has a similar thing.
