Buzz speak = managers trying to justify their job. If the problem is difficult and evading a solution the management answer is to have meetings and talk about it, that means they're doing something, right ?!

In my 'new' job, it's a constant source of amusement to me to see the managers spending more time huddled in the meeting room than at their desks..

They only need the flimsiest of excuses too.. ' We need to discuss.. off to the meeting room...'
