Loud Xantia wipers

Hi all, bit of a daft question but is it just my Xantia's that seem to have a loud drivers side wiper? When the wiper is at the top and starts to go back down, on that change in direction the drivers side wipers is quite loud - in comparison to the passenger side, and it's very noticable in what is generally a quiet car.

I've fitted two sets of wipers to my two Xantias, I've had Halfords ones, and the current ones are Bosch flat blade style wipers, both of which were quiet, briefly, and are now both noisey!

Is it something to do with the Xantia arm connector being quite big compared to most wipers?

The wiper is not hitting the edge of the screen on the drivers side pillar is it? Ive seen it a few times on Xantias and it does make a clunk.

My Xantias wipers are quiet, it has aftermarket aero blades too.

Hmm, I don't think so, I'll have a look though. I wondered if it was a common thing as all three of the Xantia's I have owned were noisey, even with nearly new wipers.
