I had a problem with Neat, curiously. Ended up back with Genuine-Parts GmbH although their carriage rate excludes small volume sales to the UK... Last order (paid ten days ago) was 500 Euro excluding freight and pretty much every item or an equivalent could have been sold to me by GSF.

my local branch has been extending into the unit next door to there existing unit for a good few months now, and as far as im aware havent even got the racking in yet,

looks like money is tight to me,

they realy need to get them selfs sorted especialy as we have got a vast ECP here now, who seem to be trying to wipe out all the other factors around here,

I've got the parts reserved at the local ECP for me to pick up tomorrow, took advantage of the 20% discount.

Wish it was opening tomorrow. While it is nice to have 20% off and a phone call this morning from ECP to say the parts were ready and waiting, I would rather be able to just pop into a local GSF.
Of course once they do open, I'll probably stick with using ECP's website as a price comparison with GSF in person, I just can't get on with GSF's website.

Well AEP have just got themselves a new customer.
With GSF ramping up the price of Amtex spheres, I checked out AEP and have two spheres, an oil filter and a cabin filter for just over £53 delivered, and their website didn't require registration, it just worked and was easy to navigate.

I've come around to GSFs website, quite handy to be able to tap in the reg number and get everything up, stock checks and all.

I have used these people for car batteries on a few occasions now, very satisfied, no affiliation with them. I'm just a lazy get and like stuff cheap and delivered..

No complaints at all!

It drives me mad. It was good before. Now it's not. I'll either use ECP , or if I'm desperate , pick up the phone and call my local GSF to check. It's far easier than that abberation of a website.

For my Activa, it has sometimes been possible to blag my local dealer to price=match parts they have in stock that will never sell..

I've had 5 batteries from them for various cars, and a couple of mates have used them too. Always delivered when they say they will, always the right product. Way better than any other supplier I've found (obviously if you need one the same day, it won't help)

i belive they are squeezing there buying in price down so much quality is seriously suffering,

all in the name of wiping out there compatition,

i does obviously depend on what you are buying, but i certainly wont be buying any of there bushed items or even lambda sensors even if they come in a branded box :^o [-X
