I won't shout too loud but I work for a company supplying Lunar and we get a mention on their website
I think my new ride could pull your van easy hehehe

I sold my neighbour his 1988 GL1500 when they were new and I worked in the bike trade. I bought the wing looking for a CBXDippy wrote:NIce Wing - I couldn't pick one up these days if it toppled , test rode a Mk1 when they were new - Honda pitched into the marketplace as a Sportsbike against their own CBX !
Bx looks good too - don't see many on the roads these days ?
Sold our last Bx cos' we bought a heavy Caravan , what I should have done is sell the Caravan , buy a lighter one , and keep the Bx .

I got the k75 from the same place as the wing.. it was inthe back for 10 years too. was showing 4994 miles, it's now do 6,000 miles yup 6,000 not 60,000 I started to use it to comute 60mpg and I'm slowly adapting to the rain and as it gets really cold I may use the BX again.Dippy wrote:Grab yer nadgers and squeeze old luv , but we are not , repeat not - supposed to enjoy velocipedes in the U.K !
Perish the thought .
The Beemer would possibly do me ? but i'd wimp out in t'cold weather and use the Bx

Cheers, I like itlexi wrote:Great stuff guys. My P6's were a 200Osc ( 38mpg on a run) and the V8S. This was a manual with police spec camshaft. Everything on those cars shut with solid thunk..........and bolted apart. The bumps on the road were soaked up a la Citroën.
Has there ever been a better LD touring bike concept than the Flat Four Wing?
I used to drool after the first ones in a deep red colour. My budget only stretched to the CB 500T with it's banana type seat and BSA style exhaust The poor mans tourer before the VT CX![]()
What a poor summer for bikers this yearWhat a tasteful collection CGAT
