Hi!
Wow, my first post on the Pug forum... [:)]!
Ok, here's what's up:
My 406 has 60.000Kms and my front brake discs are getting very thinner by the day. Being an auto, brakes are essential to get a stop [;)]
Is this an easy DIY job or not? For those who don't know, i have 2 lumbar disc hernias...[:(]
Also, i fitted 4 new Toyo tyres and recalibrated the steering. Still, the car starts to vibrate on the steering wheel at around 110Kms/h. The tyres and cals were done around 1000kms ago.
Just for a price check, what's the reference at GSf for my model's front discs?
Any wiring schemes for my car? I want to get an alarm fitted, and it hurts a bit giving away 125 euro for it.
Many thanks!
406 V6 brake discs and other stuff

It should be a fairly straight forward job, usually the disks need a little tapping to free them.
But given your condition it shouldn't cost much to have it done by one of the tyre 'n' brake places. Just don't take any bullsh*t about six million other jobs that need doing urgently.
