One of my favourite cars at Tesco today! A Champagne Renault Safrane 2.5i Executive. It was right at the door and snapping a car like this is rather embarrassing, so you can't see much of it :(

Image

Then when I came it, this really unusual colour Xantia. A kind of grey/silver/clay odd shade. I really like it, what's it called?

A Citroen magnet indeed, how do you spot so many? I can go days without seeing another Xantia no matter how many miles im doing.

Ill have to keep my camera in the car, though it is difficult (and probably ilegal) to get the camera out and snap while driving

I can't believe how many C5IIIs you spot, they are obviously getting very very popular, shame most are the cheapy coil sprung ones.

Luke, that looks like a Xantia 'Stateside'special edition - not a too common colour.
The Safrane looks very nice, I do like those, I bet you were tempted to leave your number on it ready for resale ....

That Safrane looks very nice! I never see Safranes, I have seen more Xms in the wild!

I hope you stalked it home, and made them an offer for it!

Theres one of these going for €350 in Waterford at the minute. A 98. Nearly have my cousin buying it :-)

I'd buy it myself if I had spare cash. Always regret sellign my 87 one.

Bit of a cheat by I was at a car show today.

WOW! I'd almost consider heading down to Waterford for it at that price!

You wouldn't regret it if you did end up giving in!

I have spotted some Xantias today ... no picutres though.

First was an N plate 1.8 LX in green, the next a V reg HDi LX and a very nice L plate with the bonnet chevrons in the nice light blue colour, I think that was a TD.
