i dont know if any of you bright spary's/electricary wizards have looked at my thread in the renault section

its too late now as i have sent the owner to the dealer,

It's rare I look at the Renault section due to lack of product knowledge.

Having said that, it does indicate a multiplexing issue unfortunately, at least from what I understand of what has been posted already.

thanks Andy,

it seem like a bad conection to me, as i said it can be made to work and then not by wigling the one square plug at the ECU,

I would have been tempted to look at the multiplugs and loom in that area, its a tricky one to sort out really, trouble is the dealer is going to chuck a new box in @ £££££££ and im thinking its not going to work, i could be wrong but it just sounds like a connector.
