ax timing belt

my ax 1 litre spi is due for it's 73000 service the timing belt was changed at 53000 should i get it replaced and the tensioners?

Should not be necessary as yet.
Belt tensioners & waterpumps should outlast at least 2 cambelts.

The belt tensioner on my AX was change 2 weeks ago.. at 161k..[:D]

then i'll take it across a field who needs 4 wheel drive
