eBay - Series 1 CX Prestige!

Unread post by Citroening »

Just spotted this on ebay - '77 2400 C-Matic Prestige - Link.

Hope you've got a good welder if you do embark on it - Prestige's are a rare sight nowadays...

Unfortunately I feel that it's too far gone. :(

A CX standing unused for 15 years  yes, no amount of welding is going to help now :(

XM Prestige PRV6 92
Talbot Express Autotrail Chinook 89
Mitsubishi L200 Trojan 14
Xantia Activa 95, sold (missed)

Service Citroen is awesome, it shows me pictures of all the parts i used to be able to buy............

Yes, a shame! :(
Although I know of some CXs that have been stood for 25 years and are very solid!

That looks past its best, however, surely its got to be worth stripping it for the interior of the car where these parts are rare & all the rare chrome bits as well? or if you like the rat look

...very true - there is a fair amount of Prestige specific parts on there.

Shame it's so far away!
