GSF Car parts on Ebay

I tried to buy my spheres off GSF on Ebay..After a slow response they tell me they can not supply the spheres for my car..

Not impressed with the service on Ebay but hope to get better service from the Cardiff branch..
I just thought it wolld be easier to order and get them delivered ready for the weekend to save me the trip..

Fingers crossed they will have what i want..Will phone the Cardiff branch tomorrow..

You can also call them incase you have a specific order, they're very helpful over the phone

Have to disagree, I found them to be useless, didn't have any of the parts needed for my Xant 1.9 ie crankshaft pulley, timing belt kit, auxiliary belt tensioners and some other bits and pieces. Guy on the phone did not have 'customer service' in his vocabulary! This was just last week..

GSF Bristol on the other hand had ALL the bits in stock and at good prices

Have to say I don't like gsf website. Cos I want a price to post to spain they want me to put in credit card details and then they email the price. Get a price for postage to uk straight away so why they can't manage it I don't know. Their ebay shop is limited but lists postage, but I noticed they charge more for the parts than on their website! Still cheaper than buying from one of their branches though.

GSF can take lessons from Eurocarparts in this regard for sure..

ECP's website has too much "fluff" - simplistic generalised descriptions of parts, too-frequently surmounting their exclamation that Euro Car Parts don't actually have the bit you really need...

Then there are bits which are impossibly hard to buy anywhere outside France, like Corteco activated carbon elements for the XM pollen filter...
