306 speedo /rev/fuel guage prob

i have a 98 306 1.4.when i turn the ignition on the speedo,rev counter and fuel guage read maximum also every 1 mile i drive it registrars 100 miles.the odometer flashes 20 - 20 then shows the mileage .any ideas .[?]

fixed now ,needed a new speedo pod .motherboard was corupt......wish it had an old fashioned cable!!!!!!!!
