C5 2.0I hard to start when cold

hi my C5 petrol 2.0 has become hard to start when cold it takes 2-3 goes to get it going, once running if i switch it of and start it again all is perfect, the car runs fine shows no other faults, i have replaced the spark plugs and the fuel filter but hasnt made any difference has anyone got any good ideas

Is this when it's actually cold, or when it's been sitting for a while?
Sounds like an air leak in a fuel line to me.

when its cold overnight etc
