Cassy's bumper needs the fog light holes cut out.
I was thinking dremel, or jig saw, but what would be the best way to make a clean cut?

I also agree. If you use Dremel at first step you might have molten bumper material due to heat created by the cutting tool.addo wrote:... use a sabre saw or similar for the roughing out, then a Dremel for tidying. ...
It would give an untidy cutting line. If you try to cut a plastic pipe you'll see what I mean.
PS: Dremel is an excellent tool. I have even cut with it a jammed nut of the suspension drop link
The trick is, just let the tool do the job, don't use power.
