Unread post by deano1970 »

ok, I posted earlier on here regarding one door not locking centrally. didnt get any answers so far,but does anybody know if it is possible to lock the door in anyway from the inside? there are no locking buttons to push down but could i lock it if i got into the door by taking the inner panel off? thanks for any help...

Hi,

I imagine if you get the door panel off and find the locking actuator you should be able to lock/unlock the door by pushing/pulling the attached rod.
Not had the door panel of ours so not sure if access for this is any good.
With regard to your other post, I would check that the wiring between the door pillar and door hasn't got any breaks as this seems to be a common area for problems due to the cables flexing with the door being opened and closed.
