Simple answer is yes. A quick search on ebay should find one.

Do you want a simple headphone jack connection or do you want to be able to control the MP3 player through the radio controls? If the latter then you may be out of luck depending on the make/model of MP3 player.

Morning,

I have done some research into this in the past and found if you have an rd3 or rd4 you can get kits for an mp3 aux input and an ipod interface. unfortunately I have an rd2 and haven't found a kit yet, if you do please let me know!
