Laguna II doesn't know the drivers door is open :(

Hi guys,

Recently bought a lovely 2001 Renault Laguna. The problem is that the car doesn't register that the driver's door is open, any idea where the little switch is?

Is it easy to replace?

most probably the lock, as the switch is built into it, remove the door panel and you can check the wiring to it, i think its a bit fiddly but not to bad to do, hope this helps. Antz...
