Oil Change on a Turbo Engine

Is there any special procedure for changing the oil on a BX turbo?
Do you need to do anything different that you don't need to do for a non turbo - obviously do not rev the engine until oil pressure is up to normal to ensure turbo does not turn with no oil supply - but is there any special priming procedure or anything?

No, just use common sense and let it idle for a while before getting it to do anything.
If you've had it to bits then you can unplug the stop solenoid cable and crank it for a few 10 second bursts before letting it fire at initial start up.
