Brake calipers

Hi everyone, i have a 2001 2.2 HDI C5 and the handbrake part of the caliper has given up the ghost, can anyone recommed a cheap supplied for a new caliper, many thanks Bob :wink:

Have a look on the aep parts website:

They usually have quite good prices.

Their website does not seem to be working at the moment.

Hi,

From the post it is not clear what your exact problem is.

However, the handbrake lever on the caliper often seizes up/sticks.

If you apply a little plusgas or similar to the pivot area and then work the lever backwards and forwards using a mole grip or simialr they will often fee up.

Then put some grease around the pivot area.
