well the plan went a bit to pot... the furthest i got was taking the ashtray out!!

Anyway the leaked has stopped in so much that the passnger floor wasn't wet this morning but the drivers side was moist but not sopping...

Guess i'll be stripping it down tonight if i get a chance :)

Right this is all done now and i have put some pictures on my flickr account as well.

I did it myself so it is possible, took me 2 full days near enough and 1night as well and only 1 glitch still is that the alarm/central locking ecu thinks the doors are open slightly so i think the unit is shorted or grounded on the centre console when i've put it in.

also replaced a dash bulb and the clock bulb for new citroen items.
FYI the sidelamp bulb is blanked off on the TCT for some reason as it doesn't actually work even when a working bulb is in it..... very wierd.

I also managed to get the matrix elbow off without breaking it or having the engine warmed up. lots of gentle and precise pressure wiggling got it off without losing too much skin. getting it on was much harder...

Also it now shows the head gasket is probably gone as well as the rad which i am hoping to replace soon when i go to manchester for some work. may ask paris autos for a solid pulley infact as i'll be close by...
