Blower cuts out for a while on full power

Unread post by Xaccers »

When Juliet's blower is set to full power it blows for a few seconds then stops.
After a while it starts again if not set to full.

She knows when you're warm enough and no longer need the blower Xac

No, seriously, it's a slightly different manifestation of the same old problem.

Somewhere along the power feed line something is going high resistance when it gets warm after having a current flowing along it.

Suspect No.1 is the brown 4-way connector on the blower itself...

Has Juliet got the blower relay? It's green and stands alone on black stilts down in the footwell...

She's got the relay. I'll check the brown connector again, last time I looked it was ok though.

Will have to dig through mum and dad's garage to see if I kept the blower from the LX just in case :)
