C5 osf sidelight bulb change

Hi Guys,

I have been trying this weekend (mainly unsuccesfully) to change this bulb.
Any tips? It's a facelift 2005 C5 with HID headlamps and i can feel the bulb holder but it wont twist out? Is that how its removed or do you just pull? There is not much room!
