where to buy hydraulic pipe for xantia

where to buy hydraulic pipe for xantia

I have managed to locate the thin metal pipe that runs along the subframe and it is leaking bad but to get access I am going to have to cut a section out of the floor tommorow if anyone knows the best route for me to get a replacement pipe it would be much appreciated

1. Don't cut the floor, drop the subframe. Easy job. See your other thread.

2. Speak to martin at Pleiades for pipe...

Absolutely. Martin, the guru of all things Citroen Hydraulics at Pleiades. His contact details are here.

He can make up new pipe runs, complete with flares and seals, to your needs and supply any spares you might need.

Martin is incredibly helpful. If you live in range, pay him a visit but do take a packet of choccy bikkies :D

Thats great thanks for the info citrojim I reckon it will take me a few days to get this all sorted out as I have had to leave my beloved xantia at a friends cottage which is the best place for it to have broken down to be honest i will post a thread when all the work is done...good to talk with you and am sure i will need to talk again as I plan to do quite a lot of work on this new xantia I have... Im still, in theory, waiting for a Pump to Regulator feed pipe for my car, which I called him about before christmas...

Luckly I have found a couple more spares from cars here. :wink:

Seriously though, Martin is the Hydraulic Pipe and recon Parts man!
