Fanbelt tensioner role wobble, problem ?

I just notised that the fanbelt tensioner role seem to wobble and I wondered if I should take this as a hint to change is asap ? (Xantia 2.0 16v)
Any thoughts ?

Yes, unless you want a 16-piece camshaft.
