Dash milage

I have an 04 xsara picasso 1.6 petrol and the right hand side of the dash is knackerd so i need a new dash does anyone know how much one from citroen is? and if i buy a second hand one what about the milage? will it be correct with any milage dash? and does it have to be from a 1.6?

Sorry, we're all a bit slow here :lol: Don't know much about Xsara's but you might have an issue with dash replacement if the electronics are coded to the car. Likely to be an arm and leg from Citroen though.
It infuriates me to be wrong when I know I'm right

There is a company on the net that will repair the instrument cluster and warranty it for a much lower cost then the dealer - who just replace with a new unit AFAIK.

Will see if I can find it.

AFAIK, if you fit a replacement instrument cluster, the ECU and instrument 'negotiate', and between them display whichever has the higher milage recorded.

The instrument panel will always display the higher of the two if you get a second hand one & it is ireverseable once you connect it. You shouldnt need any proramming
There are 2 main types depending on year, one plug or 2 plugs.
